Art. 64 Term, repayment, recovery

(Art. 40 ForA)

1 Investment credits shall be repayable over a period of not exceeding 20 years.

2 The repayment instalments are determined according to the nature of the measure and the financial circumstances of the borrower.

3 Repayment begins:

a.
for investments under Article 63 paragraph 1 letters a and b, one year after completion of the project, but no more than five years after payment of the first instalment of the credit;
b.
for other investments, in the year following that in which the credit is paid.

4 The borrower may repay all or part of the credit without notice at any time.

6 Interest of 5 per cent shall be charged on arrears of credits or repayment instalments.

Art. 64 Durée, remboursement et restitution

(art. 40)

1 Les crédits d’investissement sont alloués pour une durée maximale de 20 ans.

2 Les annuités pour le remboursement sont fixées selon le genre de mesures et en tenant compte des possibilités économiques des bénéficiaires du crédit.

3 Le remboursement commence:

a.
un an après la fin du projet, pour les investissements selon l’art. 63, al. 1, let. a et b, mais au plus tard cinq ans après le versement de la première tranche de crédit;
b.
pour les autres investissements, l’année civile qui suit celle du versement.

4 Les bénéficiaires peuvent en tout temps et sans résiliation préalable rembourser tout ou partie du prêt.

6 Les annuités et crédits pour le remboursement, échus et non payés, sont frappés d’un intérêt de 5 %.
