1 If a single loan or a loan combined with the balance of earlier loans to support farmers and investment loans exceeds a certain amount (limit), the cantonal authorities shall ask for the approval of the FOAG. The Federal Council sets the limit.
2 The FOAG shall inform the cantonal authorities within 30 days whether it approves of the decision taken or whether it will take a decision itself. Before taking a decision it consults the cantonal authorities.
1 Le canton soumet la décision à l’approbation de l’OFAG, si un prêt, à lui seul, ou ajouté aux autres prêts alloués au titre d’aide aux exploitations paysannes et aux crédits d’investissement, excède un montant limite. Celui-ci est fixé par le Conseil fédéral.
2 Dans un délai de 30 jours, l’OFAG approuve la décision ou communique au canton qu’il statuera lui-même sur l’affaire. Il entend le canton avant de prendre une décision.
