Art. 50 Principle

1 The Confederation shall enforce this Act unless it declares this to be the responsibility of the cantons.

2 The Federal Council shall issue the implementing regulations.

1 L’exécution de la présente loi incombe à la Confédération dans la mesure où elle n’est pas expressément réservée aux cantons.

2 Le Conseil fédéral édicte les dispositions d’exécution.
