Art. 85 Organisation

1 Unless the Federal Council provides to the contrary, the Committees Ordinance of 3 June 199685 applies.

2 The Complaints Authority organises itself. It shall draw up regulations on its organisation and management. The regulations are subject to the approval of the Federal Council.

3 The Complaints Authority has its own secretariat. It regulates the duties in the regulations in accordance with paragraph 2. The conditions of service of the secretariat personnel are governed by the legislation applicable to federal government employees.

Art. 85 Organisation

1 Si le Conseil fédéral n’en dispose pas autrement, l’ordonnance du 3 juin 1996 sur les commissions86 est applicable.

2 L’autorité de plainte s’organise elle-même. Elle édicte un règlement concernant son organisation et sa gestion. Ce règlement est soumis à l’approbation du Conseil fédéral.

3 L’autorité de plainte dispose de son propre secrétariat. Elle en fixe les tâches dans le règlement visé à l’al. 2. Les rapports de services du personnel du secrétariat sont régis par la législation applicable au personnel de la Confédération.
