1 The Federal Council shall periodically agree with the SRG SSR the scope of editorial programming for foreign countries in accordance with Article 24 paragraph 1 letter c and the corresponding costs.
2 In crisis situations, the Federal Council may agree with the SRG SSR special short-term performance mandates for purposes of international understanding.
3 At least half the costs for services in accordance with paragraph 1 will be reimbursed to the SRG SSR by the Confederation; the costs for services in accordance with paragraph 2 will be reimbursed in full.
1 Le Conseil fédéral et la SSR définissent périodiquement l’étendue des services journalistiques destinés à l’étranger selon l’art. 24, al. 1, let. c, ainsi que les frais correspondants.
2 En situation de crise, le Conseil fédéral peut conclure avec la SSR des mandats de prestations à court terme afin de contribuer à la compréhension entre les peuples.
3 La Confédération rembourse à hauteur de 50 % au moins les frais occasionnés par les prestations prévues à l’al. 1 et dans tous les cas la totalité des frais occasionnés par les prestations prévues à l’al. 2.
