Art. 104

1 The Federal Council may conclude agreements of restricted scope under international law which fall within the scope of this Act.

2 In the case of international agreements with technical or administrative content, it may delegate this power to DETEC or OFCOM.112

Art. 104

1 Le Conseil fédéral est habilité à conclure des accords internationaux de portée limitée dans le champ d’application de la présente loi.

2 Le Conseil fédéral peut déléguer au DETEC ou à l’OFCOM la compétence de conclure des accords internationaux portant sur des questions techniques ou administratives.113
