1 The Federal Council shall issue regulations on the coordination of names of communes, communities and streets. It shall regulate other geographical names, responsibilities and the procedure as well as the allocation of costs.
2 The Federal Council shall rule as final instance on disputes arising from the application of paragraph 1 above.

2 Le Conseil fédéral se prononce en dernière instance en cas de litige sur l’application de l’al. 1.
