Art. 33 Authenticated extracts

1 Any person may request an authenticated extract of Cadastral Surveying from offices authorised by the canton.

2 A fee may be payable for the issue of an authenticated extract.

3 The Federal Council shall issue regulations on the main features of the procedure, in particular concerning:

a.
the content and structure of the authenticated extract;
b.
the issue of authenticated extracts in electronic form;
c.
the basic rules for the determination of the fees.

Art. 33 Extraits certifiés conformes

1 Toute personne peut demander des extraits certifiés conformes de la mensuration officielle aux services désignés par le canton.

2 Des émoluments peuvent être perçus pour la délivrance d’extraits certifiés conformes.

3 Le Conseil fédéral édicte des dispositions sur les principes de la procédure, en particulier concernant:

a.
le contenu et la structure des extraits certifiés conformes;
b.
la délivrance d’extraits certifiés conformes sous une forme électronique;
c.
les principes de tarification des émoluments.
