441.1 Loi fédérale du 5 octobre 2007 sur les langues nationales et la compréhension entre les communautés linguistiques (Loi sur les langues, LLC)
Art. 18 Support for organisations
The Confederation may grant financial assistance to:
- a.
- news agencies of national importance that report on the four language regions of the country;
- b.
- non-profit-making organisations and institutions of national importance that by their activities promote understanding in at least one language region or carry out fundamental work promoting plurilingualism and publish the results;
- c.
- joint bodies that support projects that increase understanding between the linguistic communities.
Art. 18 Aides financières accordées aux organisations
La Confédération peut accorder des aides financières:
- a.
- aux agences de presse d’importance nationale qui diffusent des informations portant sur les quatre régions linguistiques du pays;
- b.
- aux organisations et aux institutions à but non lucratif d’importance nationale qui, par les activités qu’elles déploient dans au moins une région linguistique, encouragent la compréhension entre les communautés linguistiques ou fournissent un travail de base en faveur du plurilinguisme et en diffusent les résultats;
- c.
- aux collectivités locales qui soutiennent des projets en faveur de la compréhension entre les communautés linguistiques.
