414.20 Loi fédérale du 30 septembre 2011 sur l'encouragement des hautes écoles et la coordination dans le domaine suisse des hautes écoles (Loi sur l'encouragement et la coordination des hautes écoles, LEHE)
Art. 69 Evaluation
1 Every four years, the Federal Council shall provide the Federal Assembly with a report on:
- a.
- the effectiveness of public expenditure;
- b.
- the effects of the funding system on the finances of the Confederation and the Cantons, on their higher education institutions, on disciplines and on other higher education institutions referred to in this Act;
- c.
- the competitiveness of higher education institutions;
- d.
- the employability and activities of graduates after completion of their higher education studies.
2 It shall first hear the Higher Education Council.
Art. 69 Évaluation
1 Le Conseil fédéral soumet tous les quatre ans à l’Assemblée fédérale un rapport portant sur les points suivants:
- a.
- l’utilisation des fonds publics;
- b.
- les effets du système de financement sur les budgets de la Confédération et des cantons et sur leurs hautes écoles, les disciplines et les autres institutions du domaine des hautes écoles soumises à la présente loi;
- c.
- la compétitivité des hautes écoles;
- d.
- la capacité des diplômés à trouver un emploi et leur entrée en activité.
2 Le Conseil fédéral consulte préalablement le Conseil des hautes écoles.
