412.10 Loi fédérale du 13 décembre 2002 sur la formation professionnelle (LFPr)
Art. 63 Abuse of title
1 Any person who:
- a.
- claims to hold a protected title without having obtained passing scores on the required examinations or without having been certified through equivalent qualification procedures;
- b.
- makes use of a title in a way that implies that the person obtained passing scores on the required examinations or has been certified through equivalent qualification procedures;
shall be liable to a fine.
2 The criminal provisions of the Federal Act of 19 December 198629 on Unfair Competition are reserved.
Art. 63 Abus de titre
1 Sera puni de l’amende quiconque:
- a.
- porte un titre protégé sans avoir réussi l’examen correspondant ou sans avoir suivi avec succès une procédure de qualification équivalente;
- b.
- utilise un titre donnant l’impression qu’il a réussi l’examen correspondant ou suivi avec succès une procédure de qualification équivalente.
2 Les dispositions pénales de la loi fédérale du 19 décembre 1986 contre la concurrence déloyale30 sont réservées.
