Art. 61

1 The appeal authorities are:

a.
a local cantonal authority selected by the Canton, for decisions reached by the Cantons or by VET or professional education providers working under a contract signed with the Canton;
b.27
SERI, for decisions reached by professional organisations outside the Confederation.

2 All other cases shall be governed by the general provisions on federal administrative procedure.
