Art. 92 Foreign investigative measures

Any investigative measure carried out by the authorities of the requesting State under its law shall be considered equivalent to a corresponding Swiss investigative measure.

Tout acte d’instruction légalement accompli par les autorités de l’État requérant est assimilé à un acte de même nature accompli en Suisse.
