351.1 Loi fédérale du 20 mars 1981 sur l'entraide internationale en matière pénale (Loi sur l'entraide pénale internationale, EIMP)
Art. 80h Right of appeal
The following shall be entitled to appeal:
- a.
- the Federal Office;
- b.
- any person who is personally and directly affected by a mutual assistance measure and has a legitimate interest in that measure being annulled or modified.
Art. 80h Qualité pour recourir
Ont qualité pour recourir:
- a.
- l’office fédéral;
- b.
- quiconque est personnellement et directement touché par une mesure d’entraide et a un intérêt digne de protection à ce qu’elle soit annulée ou modifiée.
