Art. 275bis Subversive propaganda

Any person who disseminates foreign propaganda which is intended to bring about the violent overthrow of the constitutional order of the Confederation or a canton shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.

Art. 275bis Propagande subversive

Celui qui aura fait une propagande étrangère tendant à renverser par la violence l’ordre constitutionnel de la Confédération ou d’un canton sera puni d’une peine privative de liberté de trois ans au plus ou d’une peine pécuniaire.
