Art. 19 Objection procedure

If the undertaking has not been informed of the opening of proceedings under Articles 26 to 30 Cartel Act within five months of receipt of the notification, any sanction pursuant to Article 49a paragraph 1 Cartel Act shall be waived in respect of the notified facts.

Art. 19 Procédure d’opposition

Si l’entreprise n’est pas informée de l’ouverture d’une procédure au sens des art. 26 à 30 LCart dans les cinq mois suivant la réception de l’annonce, les faits annoncés ne sont pas sanctionnés au sens l’art. 49a, al. 1, LCart.
