1 The Federal Chancellor ensures the coordination of interdepartmental affairs.
1bis He or she carries out cross-departmental coordination tasks aimed at recognising and responding to crises in good time.38
2 He or she ensures coordination with the parliamentary administration. In particular, he or she consults the Secretary General of the Federal Assembly if the business of the Federal Council or its subordinate offices directly affects the procedure and organisation of the Federal Assembly or Parliamentary Services. He or she may take part in the meetings of the Administration Committee of the Federal Assembly in an advisory capacity.39

1 Le chancelier de la Confédération assure la coordination d’affaires interdépartementales.
1bis Il assume l’organisation de tâches interdépartementales de coordination en vue de détecter à temps les situations susceptibles d’aboutir à une crise et de gérer les crises effectives.38
2 Il assure la coordination avec l’administration du Parlement. Il consulte notamment le secrétaire général de l’Assemblée fédérale sur les affaires qui touchent directement la procédure ou l’organisation de l’Assemblée fédérale ou des Services du Parlement, avant que le Conseil fédéral ou un service qui lui est subordonné ne prenne une décision. Il peut participer aux séances de la Délégation administrative de l’Assemblée fédérale, avec voix consultative.39
