Art. 30 Functions
1 The Federal Chancellor is the chief of staff of the Federal Council.
2 The Federal Chancellor:
- a.
- supports the President of the Confederation and the Federal Council in the fulfilment of their tasks;
- b.
- fulfils the responsibilities to the Federal Assembly assigned to him or her by the Constitution and the law.
Art. 30 Fonctions
1 Le chancelier de la Confédération est le chef de l’état-major du Conseil fédéral.
2 Le chancelier de la Confédération:
- a.
- assiste le Conseil fédéral et le président de la Confédération dans l’accomplissement de leurs tâches;
- b.
- accomplit à l’égard de l’Assemblée fédérale les tâches qui lui incombent en vertu de la constitution et de la loi.
