Should mediation fail, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner shall provide the participants to the mediation proceedings with a written recommendation within 30 days of receipt of the request for mediation.
Lorsque la médiation n’aboutit pas, le Préposé fédéral à la protection des données et à la transparence établit une recommandation écrite à l’attention des participants à la procédure dans les 30 jours qui suivent la réception de la demande en médiation.
