Art. 116 Contraventions

Any person who commits any of the following acts is liable to a fine, unless the act constitutes an offence under Article 115:

a.
violating the obligation to provide information by knowingly providing false information or refusing to provide information;
b.
resisting a check instructed by the competent authority or rendering this impossible in another way;
c.395
carries out public political activities as an asylum seeker in Switzerland solely with the intention of establishing subjective post-flight grounds within the meaning of Article 54;
d.396
assists a person to commit an offence under letter c, in particular through planning or organisation.

Art. 116 Contraventions

Sera puni de l’amende, à moins que l’état de fait ne relève de l’art. 115, celui qui:

a.
aura violé l’obligation d’informer, en faisant sciemment des déclarations inexactes ou en refusant de donner un renseignement;
b.
se sera opposé à un contrôle ordonné par l’autorité compétente ou l’aura empêché de toute autre manière;
c.396
aura, en tant que requérant d’asile, déployé des activités politiques publiques en Suisse uniquement dans l’intention de créer des motifs subjectifs après la fuite au sens de l’art. 54;
d.397
aura prêté assistance à autrui pour la commission d’une infraction au sens de la let. c, notamment en la planifiant ou en l’organisant.
