Art. 13 Notice

1 The contracting authority shall provide the head of security of its department with a copy of the contract concluded with the company and inform the head of security of any problems related to the performance of the contract in Switzerland.

2 It shall provide the FDFA and the head of security of its department with a copy of the contract concluded with the company and inform the FDFA and the head of security of its department of any problems related to the performance of the contract abroad.

Art. 13 Communication

1 L’autorité contractante remet au préposé à la sécurité de son département une copie du contrat conclu avec l’entreprise et l’informe, le cas échéant, des problèmes liés à l’exécution du contrat en Suisse.8

2 L’autorité contractante remet au DFAE et au préposé à la sécurité de son département une copie du contrat conclu avec l’entreprise et les informe, le cas échéant, des problèmes liés à l’exécution du contrat à l’étranger.9
