Art. 33 Right of petition

1 Every person has the right, without prejudice, to petition the authorities.

2 The authorities must acknowledge receipt of such petitions.

Art. 33 Droit de pétition

1 Toute personne a le droit, sans qu’elle en subisse de préjudice, d’adresser des pétitions aux autorités.

2 Les autorités doivent prendre connaissance des pétitions.
