Art. 97

1 A written agreement may be made with the manufacturer on the conformity assessment of certified material.

2 The Central Office shall issue directives on the general conditions for agreements.99

Art. 97

1 Mit dem Hersteller kann eine schriftliche Vereinbarung abgeschlossen werden über die Konformitätsbewertung von zertifiziertem Material.

2 Das Zentralamt erlässt Weisungen über die Rahmenbedingungen der Vereinbarungen.99
