941.311 Verordnung vom 8. Mai 1934 über die Kontrolle des Verkehrs mit Edelmetallen und Edelmetallwaren (Edelmetallkontrollverordnung, EMKV)
Art. 35a
Waste products from the processing of precious metals or their alloys within the meaning of Article 1 paragraph 3 letter b of the Act are defined as:
- a.
- filings, turnings, cuttings, polishing waste, waste from silvering, gilding, platinisation and palladisation, ashes, refuse, unprocessed and pre-processed pieces no longer in use, waste from ingots, slabs, wire, rondelles, etc., waste from plating manufacture;
- b.
- precious metal waste stemming from dental technology;
- c.
- precious metal waste and scrap from all other trades and industries.
Art. 35a
Als Abfälle aus der Bearbeitung von Edelmetallen oder ihrer Legierungen im Sinne von Artikel 1 Absatz 3 Buchstabe b des Gesetzes gelten:
- a.
- Feilspäne, Drehspäne, Abschnitte, Polier-, Versilberungs-, Vergoldungs-, Verplatinierungs- und Verpalladierungsabfälle, Aschen, Kehricht, ausser Gebrauch gesetzte unbearbeitete und vorgearbeitete Stücke, Abfälle von Barren, von Platten, von Draht und von Rondellen sowie Abfälle aus der Plaquéfabrikation;
- b.
- die aus der Zahntechnik herrührenden Edelmetallabfälle;
- c.
- Edelmetallabfälle und -rückstände aus allen anderen Industrien und Gewerben.
