Art. 165c

1 The Central Office shall ensure that the conditions for issuing a melter's licence are met. It may call on Assay Offices to conduct investigations in this respect.

2 If the conditions are met, the Central Office shall issue the melter's licence.

Art. 165c

1 Das Zentralamt vergewissert sich, dass die Voraussetzungen für die Ausstellung einer Schmelzbewilligung erfüllt sind. Es kann Kontrollämter mit entsprechenden Erhebungen beauftragen.

2 Sind die Voraussetzungen erfüllt, so stellt das Zentralamt die Schmelzbewilligung aus.
