1 If the second opinion determines that the article is of the legally prescribed fineness or that the mark affixed to the article corresponds to the legal fineness of the article, the Central Office shall order its hallmarking.
2 The article shall be returned to the Assay Office, which must proceed with the hallmarking without any further testing.

1 Wird durch die Oberexpertise festgestellt, dass die Ware den gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Feingehalt aufweist, bzw. die auf der Ware stehende Bezeichnung mit dem gesetzlichen Feingehalt der Ware übereinstimmt, so ordnet das Zentralamt die Vornahme der Stempelung an.
2 Die Ware wird dem Kontrollamt zurückgesandt, das ohne weitere Überprüfung die Stempelung vorzunehmen hat.
