Art. 66 Implementation by the cantons

(Art. 50 ForA)

1 The cantons shall issue the implementing provisions to the ForA and to this Ordinance within five years of the Act coming into force.

2 They shall inform the FOEN of any rulings and decisions on deforestation.94

Art. 66 Vollzug durch die Kantone

(Art. 50 WaG)

1 Die Kantone erlassen die Ausführungsbestimmungen zum WaG und zu dieser Verordnung innert fünf Jahren nach Inkrafttreten des Gesetzes.

2 Sie teilen dem BAFU Verfügungen und Entscheide über Rodungen mit.94
