1 Producers of milk that is used in cheese-making and obtained without the use of silage receive an additional payment.
2 The Federal Council shall fix the level of this additional payment and stipulate the degree of firmness of the cheese and the types of cheese that entitle the producer to an additional payment. It may exclude low-fat cheeses from the additional payment.74
3 This additional payment is fixed at 3 cents. The Federal Council may adjust this amount depending on trends in quantities.75

1 Für Milch, die zu Käse verarbeitet wird und aus einer Produktion ohne Silagefütterung stammt, wird den Produzenten und Produzentinnen eine Zulage entrichtet.
2 Der Bundesrat legt die Höhe der Zulage, die Voraussetzungen und die Festigkeitsstufen der Käse sowie die Käsesorten, die zu einer Zulage berechtigen, fest. Er kann Käse mit geringem Fettgehalt von der Zulage ausschliessen.74
3 Die Zulage wird auf 3 Rappen festgesetzt. Der Bundesrat kann die Höhe der Zulage unter Berücksichtigung der Mengenentwicklung anpassen.75
