1 The Confederation shall promote appropriate plant protection practice to protect crops from harmful organisms.
2 The Federal Council shall draw up regulations for the protection of crops and plant material (plants, parts of plants and plant products) from particularly dangerous harmful organisms.
1 Zum Schutz der Kulturen vor Schadorganismen fördert der Bund eine geeignete Pflanzenschutzpraxis.
2 Der Bundesrat erlässt Vorschriften zum Schutz von Kulturen und Pflanzenmaterial (Pflanzen, Pflanzenteilen und pflanzlichen Erzeugnissen) vor besonders gefährlichen Schadorganismen.
