Art. 24d Responsibility of the cantons for carrying out Sars-CoV-2 rapid tests

The cantons are responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with the conditions in Articles 24–24b for Sars-CoV-2 rapid tests that are not carried out at the facilities referred to in Article 24 paragraph 1 letter a.

Art. 24d Zuständigkeit der Kantone bei der Durchführung von Sars-CoV-2-Schnelltests


Die Kantone sind zuständig für die Kontrollen der Einhaltung und die Durchsetzung der Anforderungen der Artikel 24–24b bei Sars-CoV-2-Schnelltests, die nicht in Einrichtungen nach Artikel 24 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a durchgeführt werden.
