Art. 29 Obligation to pay a fee

1 Any person who causes the Federal Coordination Centre for Biotechnology, the FOEN or the FOPH to provide a service or the offices to issue a ruling under this Ordinance must pay a fee.

2 Unless this Ordinance contains special regulations, the provisions of the General Fees Ordinance of 8 September 200437 apply.

Art. 29 Gebührenpflicht

1 Wer eine Dienstleistung der Kontaktstelle Biotechnologie des Bundes, des BAFU oder des BAG bzw. eine Verfügung dieser Bundesämter nach dieser Verordnung veranlasst, muss eine Gebühr bezahlen.

2 Soweit diese Verordnung keine besondere Regelung enthält, gelten die Bestimmungen der Allgemeinen Gebührenverordnung vom 8. September 200436.
