Art. 18 Charges

The obligation to pay fees and the calculation of fees for administrative acts by the FOEN in accordance with this Ordinance is governed by the Chemicals Fees Ordinance of 18 May 200537.38

Art. 18 Gebühren

Die Gebührenpflicht und die Gebührenbemessung für Verwaltungshandlungen des BAFU nach dieser Verordnung richten sich nach der Chemikaliengebührenverordnung vom 18. Mai 200537.38
