1 If a chemical under Annex 1 is exported to an importing PIC Party, the FOEN shall notify the authority designated by this Party of the export. The export notification must contain the information set out in Annex V of the PIC Convention.30
2 The export notification for a chemical under Annex 1 must be submitted no later than 15 days before the first export in each calendar year.31
3 If no acknowledgement is received from the designated authority of the importing PIC Party within 30 days of dispatch of the export notification, the FOEN shall repeat the notification.

1 Wird eine Chemikalie nach Anhang 1 an eine einführende PIC-Vertragspartei ausgeführt, so notifiziert das BAFU der von dieser Vertragspartei bezeichneten Behörde die Ausfuhr. Die Ausfuhrnotifikation muss die in Anlage V der PIC-Konvention aufgeführten Informationen enthalten.30
2 Die Notifikation der Ausfuhr einer Chemikalie nach Anhang 1 hat jedes Kalenderjahr spätestens 15 Tage vor der ersten Ausfuhr zu erfolgen.31
3 Trifft innert 30 Tagen nach Absendung der Ausfuhrnotifikation keine Bestätigung durch die bezeichnete Behörde der einführenden PIC-Vertragspartei ein, so wiederholt das BAFU die Notifikation.
