1 The FOPH and the cantonal enforcement bodies may carry out unannounced controls and measurements in event venues and premises with a view to collecting further evidence.
2 The FOPH and cantonal enforcement bodies shall be provided, free of charge, with all the information and documents they require and with access to the premises and event.
3 With regard to on-site controls for events involving laser radiation, the directives from the FOPH shall be implemented without delay.
1 Das BAG und die kantonalen Vollzugsorgane dürfen in Veranstaltungs- und Gewerbelokalen jederzeit unangemeldet Kontrollen und Messungen durchführen und dabei weitere Beweismittel erheben.
2 Dem BAG und den kantonalen Vollzugsorganen sind unentgeltlich alle erforderlichen Auskünfte zu erteilen, sämtliche erforderlichen Dokumente zur Verfügung zu stellen und Zutritt zu den Räumlichkeiten und Veranstaltungsorten zu gewähren.
3 Bei Kontrollen vor Ort bei Veranstaltungen mit Laserstrahlung sind die Anordnungen des BAG unverzüglich umzusetzen.
