For the purposes of this Section, laser pointer means a laser device which, on account of its size and weight, can be held in and guided by hand and which emits laser radiation for pointing out objects and locations, for entertainment and for defence or repellent purposes.
Als Laserpointer im Sinne dieses Abschnitts gilt eine Lasereinrichtung, die auf Grund ihrer Grösse und ihres Gewichts in der Hand gehalten und mit der Hand geführt werden kann und die für Zeige- und Vergnügungs- sowie Abwehr- und Vergrämungszwecke Laserstrahlung ausstrahlt.
