Art. 97 Inventory

1 The licensing authority shall maintain an inventory of licence holders and of the high‑activity sealed sources in their possession.

2 The inventory shall include:

a.
the identification number;
b.
the supplier;
c.
the type and location of the source;
d.
the radionuclide in each case;
e.
the activity of the source at the time of production, first placing on the market or purchase of the source by the licence holder.

3 The licensing authority shall continuously update the inventory.

Art. 97 Inventar

1 Die Bewilligungsbehörde führt ein Inventar der Bewilligungsinhaberinnen und -inhaber sowie der in ihrem Besitz befindlichen geschlossenen hoch radioaktiven Quellen.

2 Das Inventar umfasst:

a.
die Identifikationsnummer;
b.
die Lieferantin oder den Lieferanten;
c.
die Art und den Standort der Quelle;
d.
das jeweilige Radionuklid;
e.
die Aktivität der Quelle zum Zeitpunkt der Herstellung, des ersten Inverkehrbringens oder des Erwerbs der Quelle durch die Bewilligungsinhaberin oder den Bewilligungsinhaber.

3 Die Bewilligungsbehörde führt das Inventar laufend nach.
