Art. 63 Reporting threshold per monitoring period

1 For occupationally exposed persons at enterprises licensed by the FOPH, the following reporting thresholds per dosimetric monitoring period apply:

a.
2 mSv for the effective dose;
b.
2 mSv for the equivalent dose for the lens of the eye;
c.
50 mSv for the equivalent dose for the skin, hands or feet.

2 When a reporting threshold is reached, the reporting duties specified in Article 65 paragraph 1 letter c and Article 69 letter b arise.

Art. 63 Meldeschwelle pro Überwachungsperiode

1 Für beruflich strahlenexponierte Personen in Betrieben mit einer Bewilligung des BAG gelten folgende Meldeschwellen pro dosimetrische Überwachungsperiode:

a.
  2 mSv für die effektive Dosis;
b.
  2 mSv für die Äquivalentdosis für die Augenlinse;
c.
50 mSv für die Äquivalentdosis für die Haut, die Hände oder Füsse.

2 Beim Erreichen einer Meldeschwelle entstehen die Meldepflichten nach den Artikeln 65 Absatz 1 Buchstabe c und 69 Buchstabe b.
