1 The conduct of human research projects involving the use of radiation sources requires authorisation in accordance with Article 45 of the Human Research Act of 30 September 201122 (HRA).
2 In addition, the conduct of clinical trials of therapeutic products capable of emitting ionising radiation requires authorisation in accordance with Article 54 of the Therapeutic Products Act of 15 December 200023 (TPA).
1 Die Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten mit Anwendung von Strahlungsquellen am Menschen bedarf einer Bewilligung nach Artikel 45 des Humanforschungsgesetzes vom 30. September 201122 (HFG).
2 Für die Durchführung von klinischen Versuchen mit Heilmitteln, die ionisierende Strahlen aussenden können, ist zudem eine Bewilligung nach Artikel 54 des Heilmittelgesetzes vom 15. Dezember 200023 (HMG) erforderlich.
