Art. 11 Advice to the general public and cooperation with the Cantons

1 The FOEN shall inform the general public on a regular basis about the PRTR, and provide advice on its use and purpose.

2 It shall ensure a regular exchange of information with the Cantons and shall cooperate with the Cantons in the further development of the PRTR.

Art. 11 Beratung der Öffentlichkeit und Zusammenarbeit mit den Kantonen

1 Das BAFU informiert die Öffentlichkeit periodisch über das PRTR und berät sie über dessen Anwendung und Zweck.

2 Es sorgt für einen regelmässigen Informationsaustausch mit den Kantonen und arbeitet bei der Weiterentwicklung des PRTR mit ihnen zusammen.
