Art. 17

1 The competent federal and cantonal authorities shall forward to the FOEN on request any information collected in accordance with this Ordinance.

2 The FOEN shall ensure that the data is processed and made available to the competent authorities, insofar as this is necessary for the implementation of this Ordinance.

3 The above is subject to legal requirements concerning secrecy.

Art. 17

1 Die zuständigen Stellen des Bundes und der Kantone teilen dem BAFU auf Anfrage die Angaben mit, die sie in Anwendung dieser Verordnung erhoben haben.

2 Das BAFU sorgt für die Verarbeitung der Angaben und stellt sie den zuständigen Stellen zur Verfügung, soweit dies für die Anwendung dieser Verordnung erforderlich ist.

3 Vorbehalten bleiben die gesetzlichen Geheimhaltungspflichten.

54 Ausdruck gemäss Ziff. I der V vom 29. April 2015, in Kraft seit 1. Juni 2015 (AS 2015 1337). Diese Änd. ist im ganzen Erlass berücksichtigt.
