Art. 42 Environmental protection agencies

1 The cantons shall set up a specialist agency to consider environmental questions or designate existing public agencies to carry out this task.

2 The Federal Office is the specialist agency for the Confederation.97

Art. 42 Umweltschutzfachstellen

1 Die Kantone richten für die Beurteilung von Umweltschutzfragen eine Fachstelle ein oder bezeichnen hiefür geeignete bestehende Amtsstellen.

2 Das Bundesamt ist die Fachstelle des Bundes.97
