1 Regulations on the environmental effects of air pollution, noise, vibrations and radiation that are based on other federal legislation must comply with the principles of limitation of emissions (Art. 11), ambient limit values (Art. 13–15), alarm values (Art. 19) and planning values (Art. 23–25).6
2 Regulations on the handling of substances and organisms affecting the environment that are based on other federal legislation must comply with the principles governing environmentally hazardous substances (Art. 26–28) and organisms (Art. 29a–29h).7

1 Vorschriften über Umwelteinwirkungen durch Luftverunreinigungen, Lärm, Erschütterungen und Strahlen, die sich auf andere Bundesgesetze stützen, müssen dem Grundsatz für Emissionsbegrenzungen (Art. 11), den Immissionsgrenzwerten (Art. 13–15), den Alarmwerten (Art. 19) und den Planungswerten (Art. 23–25) entsprechen.6
2 Vorschriften über den Umgang mit Stoffen und Organismen, die sich auf andere Bundesgesetze stützen, müssen den Grundsätzen über den Umgang mit Stoffen (Art. 26–28) und Organismen (Art. 29a–29h) entsprechen.7
