Art. 8 Specific requirements

Devices that are also machines within the meaning of Article 1 of the Machine Ordinance of 2 April 200813 must satisfy the relevant general safety and health protection requirements of the Machine Ordinance where these requirements are more specific than those of Chapter II of Annex I to EU-IVDR14.

Art. 8 Spezifische Anforderungen

Produkte, die auch Maschinen im Sinne von Artikel 1 der Maschinenverordnung vom 2. April 200813 sind, müssen den einschlägigen grundlegenden Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzanforderungen der Maschinenverordnung entsprechen, sofern diese Anforderungen spezifischer sind als diejenigen nach Anhang I Kapitel II EU-IVDR14.
