Art. 76 Harmonisation of enforcement

When implementing this Ordinance, Swissmedic shall respect implementing acts adopted by the European Commission on the basis of EU-IVDR61.

Art. 76 Harmonisierung des Vollzugs

Beim Vollzug dieser Verordnung beachtet die Swissmedic die von der Europäischen Kommission gestützt auf die EU-IVDR61 erlassenen Durchführungsrechtsakte.
