810.305 Verordnung vom 20. September 2013 über klinische Versuche mit Ausnahme klinischer Versuche mit Medizinprodukten (Verordnung über klinische Versuche; KlinV)
Art. 62 Applicable provisions
The provisions which apply mutatis mutandis are:
- a.
- for the authorisation procedure for clinical trials, Articles 24–29;
- b.
- for the notification of safety and protective measures, Article 37 paragraph 1;
- c.
- for notification and reporting upon completion, discontinuation or interruption of a clinical trial, Article 38 paragraphs 1–4;
- d.
- for reporting on the safety of participants, Article 43 paragraphs 1 and 2;
- e.
- for data retention requirements, Article 45 paragraph 2.
Art. 62 Anwendbare Bestimmungen
Sinngemäss anwendbar sind:
- a.
- für das Bewilligungsverfahren für klinische Versuche die Artikel 24–29;
- b.
- für die Meldung von Sicherheits- und Schutzmassnahmen Artikel 37 Absatz 1;
- c.
- für die Meldung und die Berichterstattung bei Abschluss, Abbruch oder Unterbruch des klinischen Versuchs Artikel 38 Absätze 1–4;
- d.
- für die Berichterstattung über die Sicherheit der teilnehmenden Personen Artikel 43 Absätze 1 und 2;
- e.
- für die Aufbewahrungspflicht Artikel 45 Absatz 2.
