Art. 30 Exemption from mandatory authorisation

Category A clinical trials are exempted from the requirement for authorisation from the Agency as specified in Article 54 paragraph 1 TPA.

Art. 30 Ausnahme von der Bewilligungspflicht

Klinische Versuche der Kategorie A sind von der Bewilligungspflicht beim Institut nach Artikel 54 Absatz 1 HMG ausgenommen.
