1 The cantons have jurisdiction for the prosecution and judgement of offences.
2 Articles 6, 7 (offences committed within a business) and 15 (forgery of documents, obtaining a false certificate by fraud) of the Federal Act of 22 March 197453 on Administrative Criminal Law apply.
3 The competent authorities shall notify the FOPH of any judgments issued under Article 69 paragraph 1 letters a–cbis.54

2 Die Artikel 6 und 7 (Widerhandlung in Geschäftsbetrieben) sowie 15 (Urkundenfälschung, Erschleichen einer falschen Beurkundung) des Bundesgesetzes vom 22. März 197453 über das Verwaltungsstrafrecht sind anwendbar.
3 Die zuständigen Behörden teilen dem BAG sämtliche Urteile mit, die nach Artikel 69 Absatz 1 Buchstaben a–cbis ergangen sind.54
