Art. 29 Mandatory notification

1 Any person who transplants tissues or cells must notify the FOPH of this.

2 The Federal Council shall specify the content of the notification and the duties of the notifier.

Art. 29 Meldepflicht

1 Wer Gewebe oder Zellen transplantiert, muss dies dem BAG melden.

2 Der Bundesrat legt den Inhalt der Meldung sowie die Pflichten der meldepflichtigen Personen fest.
