1 After receiving an application, the Federal Office shall forward it to the cantonal authorities concerned and request them to submit an advisory opinion within three months. The Federal Office may extend the deadline in certain justified circumstances.
2 The application shall be published in the official gazette of each canton and commune concerned, as well as in the Swiss Federal Gazette, and made available for public inspection for a period of 30 days.

1 Das Bundesamt übermittelt das Gesuch den betroffenen Kantonen und fordert sie auf, innerhalb von drei Monaten dazu Stellung zu nehmen. Es kann die Frist in begründeten Fällen verlängern.
