Art. 16 Applicability of the Swiss Code of Obligations

Insofar as this Act does not contain any special provisions, liability is governed by the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations3 on torts.

Soweit dieses Gesetz keine besonderen Bestimmungen enthält, richtet sich die Haftung nach den Bestimmungen des Obligationenrechts3 über die unerlaubten Handlungen.
